Jacob is the US bureau chief for The Times of Israel, the world's largest English-language news site covering Israel and the Jewish world.
Based in Chicago, he covers developments in the United States as they relate to Israel, the Middle East and the Jewish world. From 2017-2020, Jacob was based in Tel Aviv where he covered West Bank settlements, Israeli politics and legal affairs.
